• <br />• <br />Legacy Signage Criteria <br />Page 2 <br />5.5 General Regulations <br />Elements from the standards requirements of the city sign code augmented with some <br />additional needs of the Legacy project area, specifically the materials of construction. <br />5.6 Maintenance <br />Requires the maintenance of signage; and the timely removal of signage for businesses <br />that are no longer in operation. <br />5.7 Violation <br />This language is taken directly from the city sign ordinance. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />At their February 8th regular meeting the board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the <br />signage criteria. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />• Staff is recommending approval of this Planned Unit Development Amendment, to add this <br />language as Chapter Five of the Lino Lakes Town Center Design and Development Guide. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
