0 <br />• <br />• <br />4. The Chain of Lakes YMCA facility will hold four annual community events free of <br />charge to members and nonmembers. If these events include special activities such <br />as a dinner, a nominal fee will be charged. <br />5. The Chain of Lakes YMCA facility will offer free "Learn to Swim" water <br />instruction in the early summer for children ages three to ten on an annual basis for a <br />period of three years from the date the YMCA is operational. These classes will be <br />open to both members and nonmembers and registration for the classes will be taken <br />until the classes are full. <br />6. The Chain of Lakes YMCA facility will provide health testing for the Police <br />Department and Fire Department on an annual basis. <br />7. The Chain of Lakes YMCA facility will offer water aerobics to individuals with <br />arthritis at a daily rate regardless of whether the individual is a member of the <br />YMCA. <br />8. The Chain of Lakes YMCA facility will offer community health seminars on a <br />regular basis and available to both members and nonmembers of the YMCA. <br />9. The Chain of Lakes YMCA facility will sponsor a Senior Health Fair annually, <br />which will include fitness classes, blood pressure checks, and social opportunities. <br />10. The Chain of Lakes YMCA facility will offer City residents a discount of 10% on <br />fees for participation in evening adult leagues for a period of three years from the <br />date the YMCA is operational. This discount will be available to City residents <br />regardless of whether they are members of the YMCA. <br />5 <br />-108- <br />
