Candidate streets were selected based on <br />153 recommendation from the Pavement Management Report, Public Works input, and the feasibility of <br />154 locations. <br />155 <br />156 I This year, approximately 6 miles of streets will be sealcoated at an estimated total project cost,of <br />157 $130,000. <br />158 <br />159 Councilmember Stoltz moved to approve Resolution No. 06 -44, as presented. Councilmember <br />160 Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />161 <br />162 Consideration of Resolution No. 06 -45, Approving Plans & Specifications and Authorizing <br />163 Advertisement for Bids, 2006 Overlay Project — City Engineer Studenski advised in accordance <br />164 with the Pavement Management Program, staff has selected streets to be overlaid in 2006. Candidate <br />55 streets were selected based on recommendations from the Pavement Management Report, Public <br />166 l Works input, and feasibility of locations,An estimated total cost of $170,000 is to be allocated for this <br />167 year's project. <br />168 <br />169 Councilmember Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 06 -45, as presented. Councilmember <br />170 Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />171 <br />172 Consideration of Second Reading of Ordinance 02 -06, Amending Ordinance 04 -04 for the <br />173 Purpose of Adding Signage Criteria to the Lino Lakes Town Center Design and Development <br />174 Guide, Paul Bengtson — Associate Planner Bengtson advised staff has crafted a final draft of the <br />175 Signage Criteria for the Legacy at Woods Edge Project. The City Council approved the first reading <br />176 of the Ordinance on February 27, 2006. <br />177 <br />178 Associate Planner Bengtson noted staff has also attached Resolution No. 06 -39 as a summary of the <br />179 1 ordinance for publication purposes.
