APPROVED MINUTES <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONI NG BOARD MINUTES <br />I.CALL TO ORDE R AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:31 <br />p.m., February 12, 2003. <br />II.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />III.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 8, 2003 and January 22, 2003 <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION approve the January 8, 2003 and January 22, 2003 Minutes <br />and was supported by Mr. Hyden. Motion carrie d (4-0-2) (Lane and Tralle abstained). <br />IV.OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:33 p.m. <br />There was no one present for Open Mike <br />Mr. Lyden made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:33 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Rafferty. Motion carried 6-0. <br />V.ACTION ITEMS <br />A.CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, Charles Pfingsten, Charlie’s Tree <br />Service, 908 ½ Maple Street, Rezone and Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />Chair Schaps reopened the public hearing at 6:34 p.m. <br />Staff stated this applicati on was heard at the January 8 th meeting of the Planning & <br />Zoning Board. Background, history and analysis was given at that time.
