He noted the purpose of the meeting is to discuss the <br />Hardwood Creek Development. <br />INTRODUCTIONS <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated the City has been talking about the <br />Hardwood Creek Development for quite some time. Staff has been working with the <br />design team on various issues. He introduced the design team including City staff, <br />Dahlgren, Shardlow, Uban (DSU) and TKDA. <br />Ms. Kendra Lindahl, Landform, introduced the design team from Hardwood Creek <br />Development, LLC. <br />Community Development Director Grochala provided a project background, the guiding <br />principals within the project and the existing conditions in the project area. He also <br />reviewed the important public values that have been identified throughout the project <br />process. <br />1 <br />
