The <br />results of the bid opening are presented below. Adopt Resolution Number 06 — 61, Accepting Bids and Awarding a Construction <br />Contract to W B Miller, Inc. for the 2006 Overlay Project. <br />3. Not adopt Resolution No. 06 — 61. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 2 - Staff recommends that Resolution Number 06 — 61 be adopted. <br />
