Millers Crossroads Shopping Center <br />page 9 <br />• PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />The P & Z held a public hearing and reviewed the project on March 8. The Board <br />recommended approving the project with 11 conditions. Two have been met with revised <br />plans: a painted crosswalk across the drive through lane to the building, and the turning <br />radius has been revised to eliminate a very sharp corner for vehicles leaving the drive <br />through. The remaining nine conditions are included in the Resolution 06 -53. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Resolution 06 -53 approving the conditional use permit for the drive through <br />facility and the outdoor seating with the listed conditions. <br />2.
