Friday, April 21, 2006
Gordon Heitke
Lino Lakes City Administrator
Re: Pomp Tire landscaping
Gordon,
t/1 s1-4.4 (ot t.td © Wu-kw., ter. 55s
4 I1t( 1 1-0 0'
Can this issue be addressed prior to open mike? Though we do not have much time for
the work session I request that it be put on. Please let I and the neighbor's know if that is
possible.
I also request, the Planning and Zoning Board report and the Environmental Board report
for myself and each member of the City Council.
I am amazed, based on board action, conditions of approval and our zoning requirement
of 80% screening, that all the trees were clear cut. I went out last night to view the
change. I recall the area from the past and it is quite a significant change.
As it stands this is not a view suitable for an existing residential neighborhood. I hope
that with additional information that this can be resolved to the satisfaction of all.
Sincerely,
Donna Carlson
Cc: John Freimuth
Cheryl Nickolauson
& Neighbors
