SUMMARY MINUTES <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Monday, <br />May 8, 2006 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Council Work Room <br />6:15 p.m. <br />The special meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m.; all council members were present <br />One item was under consideration at the special meeting: clarification of Section 207.20 of <br />the city's personnel policy. <br />Action Taken: Reinert moved to incorporate clarifying language in Personnel Policies, <br />Section 207.20 that the city will pay the difference between the employee's gross salary and military <br />leave compensation payments for that period of time during which they were required by the <br />armed forces to participate in such training, not including periods of active duty; and this policy <br />shall be apply to future requests for military leave of absences; the motion was seconded by Stoltz <br />and passed unanimously. <br />Council Chambers <br />City Council meeting <br />6:30 p.m. <br />(Scheduled to be broadcast on Channel 16) <br />Open Mike <br />Call to Order and Roll Call <br />6:35 p.m. — all council members present <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br />Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />1.
