Mr. Elmquest indicated he did a comparison with his neighbors and they <br />4 were most often in the 4 -5 %. He request that he also have a 4% increase in property <br />5 valuation. <br />6 <br />7 Ms. Weiner responded to both residents and advised she would work with each of them <br />8 to explain how the increases were determined and answer any additional questions. <br />9 <br />10 Mr. Leone outlined further steps that can be taken by homeowners in regard to the appeal <br />11 process. <br />12 <br />13 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adjourn at 6:50 p.m. Councilmember Reinert <br />14 seconded the motion.
