• <br />• <br />• <br />Rehbein Amendment <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves an <br />amendment of the existing conditional use permit to allow the construction of the building <br />addition depicted on the submitted plans. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following conditions apply: <br />6. All conditions from the Conditional Use Permit, as amended, shall continue to apply. <br />7. Construction must comply with the requirements of the Centennial Fire Department, <br />including the connection of the existing buildings to municipal water for fire sprinkling. <br />8. A performance agreement between the city and the developer must be executed prior to <br />the issuance of any building permits for the subject site. <br />9. The proposed addition is subject to double permit fees as construction was begun prior to <br />the issuance of any building permits. <br />10. No outdoor storage of materials shall be allowed under the canopy. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of March 2006. <br />John J.
