Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />• its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -90 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF LIQUOR, WINE, BEER AND DANCE <br />LICENSES FOR THE 2006/2007 LICENSING PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses in the <br />City of Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the <br />following year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and <br />wine licenses prior to State issuance of a license; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been <br />submitted and verified that state and local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has completed the required <br />background investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby adopts Resolution No. 06 -90 approving the <br />renewal of liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses as set forth in Exhibit A that is <br />attached to this resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22th day of May, 2006. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />• <br />
