Precincts are not tied to population size. However, precincts sized much beyond 2000 <br />registered voters can become unwieldy for election administration purposes. Staff is recommending <br />the City Council consider adding a 7th precinct. <br />Deputy City Clerk Viger referred to a map pointing out the new boundaries.
