Administration Department Report, Dan Tesch <br />A) City Hall Security and Access Policy <br />Action Taken: O'Donnell moved that the City Hall Security and Access Policy will <br />include that the city council will have 24 hour access to the outside doors of city hall <br />and the library and will not have access to the secured office area; staff to report <br />back on options re council member mail; the motion was seconded by Stoltz and <br />passed on a voice vote; Carlson voted nay. <br />4. Community Development Department Report, Michael Grochala <br />A) Consideration of Resolution No. 06 -53, Conditional Use Permit Pg 24 -44 <br />for Accessory Drive Through Facility and Restaurant Outdoor <br />Dining Facilities, Millers Crossroads Shopping Center, Jeff Smyser <br />Tabled at Council Meeting of April 24 <br />Action Taken: O'Donnell moved that Resolution No. 06 -53 denying the conditional <br />use permit be tabled with agreement received from the developer to extend the <br />statutory deadline for 60 days (from June 17) to allow staff to explore the possibility <br />of a deed restriction or additional options; the motion was seconded by Reinert and <br />passed by a voice vote; Mayor Bergeson voted nay. <br />B) Consider Ordinance 06 -06, second reading and passage of Pg 45 -48 <br />ordinance vacating a portion of North Road and Sunrise Drive, <br />Paul Bengtson roll call required <br />Action Taken: Stoltz moved approval of Ordinane No. 06 -06; the motion was <br />seconded by Carlson and passed on a roll call vote of 5 yeas and no nays. <br />C) Consideration of Resolution No. 06 -95, Approving JPA with Pg 49 -59 <br />Anoka Co to Construct & Maintain Trails on County Property, <br />Michael Grochala <br />Action Taken: Carlson moved approval of Resolution No. 06 -95; the motion was <br />seconded by O'Donnell and passed unanimously <br />D) Consideration of Resolution No. 06 -92, Approving 2' Avenue Pg 60 -64 <br />& Wildflower Drive Storm Sewer Maintenance, Jim Studenski <br />Action Taken: Reinert moved approval of Resolution No. 06 -92; the motion was <br />seconded by Carlson and passed unanimously <br />
