• <br />North Road and Sunrise Drive Vacation, page 2 <br />Council Member moved for adoption of the following <br />ordinance: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06 -06 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF NORTH ROAD AND SUNRISE <br />DRIVE (CIRCLE PINES POLICE STATION). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />Section 1 Findings <br />The City Council makes the following findings regarding the application to vacate a portion of <br />public right -of -way and existing street and utility easements: <br />1. The City of Lino Lakes has requested the City Council to vacate the unimporved right of way <br />which was originally recorded on the Lexington Park Lake View plat further defined by <br />Registered Land Survey No. 233 as Tracts F and G. <br />2. A public hearing was held on May 22, 2006 before the City Council in the city hall on such <br />request after due published and posted notice had been given, as well as personal notice to <br />affected property owners by the clerk on April 26th 2006 and all persons interested were <br />given an opportunity to be heard; <br />3. It appears that it will be in the best interest of the city to approve such request <br />Section 2 <br />Such request is hereby granted and that part of the North Road and Sunrise Drive right of ways <br />described as follows are hereby vacated: <br />Tract F Registered Land Survey Number 233 <br />And <br />Tract G Registered Land Survey Number 233 <br />Section 3 <br />That any person, corporation or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the <br />property vacated reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon such way <br />or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove or otherwise attend thereto. <br />
