• its adoption: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -99 <br />APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY 3.2 PERCENT BEER <br />LICENSE, CABARET LICENSE AND AN EXEMPTION FOR GAMBLING <br />PERMIT FOR THE ANNUAL ST. JOSEPH'S CATHOLIC CHURCH <br />AUGUST FESTIVAL <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />June 26, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Catholic Church has made application for a temporary <br />3.2 percent malt liquor (beer) license, a cabaret license and an exemption for <br />lawful gambling permit for their annual August Festival to be held August 12th and <br />13th 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a <br />background investigation of the applicants; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Catholic Church is in compliance with city ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the temporary 3.2 percent malt liquor <br />(beer) license, the cabaret license and the application for exemption for gambling <br />permit for the August Festival. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of June, 2006. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2006. <br />
