The <br />results of the bid opening are presented below. Public Hearings regarding the project <br />and the assessments have been held. A copy <br />of the complete bid tabulation is attached. <br />The final completion date for this project is August 23, 2006. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution Number 06 — 89, Accepting Bids and Awarding a Construction <br />Contract to Jay Bros. Inc. for the Lois Lane Utility Improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 2 - Staff recommends that Resolution Number 06 — 89 be adopted. <br />
