COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 26, 2006 <br />DRAFT <br />180 Council awarded the 2006 Ditch and Ponds Cleaning Contract to Arnt Construction Company. <br />181 I Additional mulch removal and ditch activity has increased the final contract amount to $46,562.16, <br />182 which is above the amount awarded. <br />183 <br />184 City Engineer Studenski stated the contractor for the 2006 Ditch and Pond Cleaning Project, Arnt <br />185 I Construction Company, is requesting, City approval of Payment No. 2 in the amount of $3,306.00 <br />186 <br />187 Council Member Stoltz moved to adopt Resolution No. 06 -103, as presented. Councilmember <br />188 Carlson seconded the motion.
