<br />Ms. Corkle's experience focuses primarily on transportation and strategic
<br />planning. She has been heavily involved in developing the Interregional
<br />Corridor (IRC) System and the policy guidance for IRC plan development
<br />and management studies. Additionally, Ms. Corkle was a key participant in
<br />the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Statewide Transportation
<br />Plan, Moving Minnesota 2003, including develop policy guidance to achieve
<br />this performance -based plan.
