The property listed for <br />classification is located in the Apollo Business Park. This resolution notifies the <br />county that the city wishes to withhold the property from public sale because it is <br />unbuildable, and is a part of the City's Surface Water management system <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />• Staff is recommending a pp roval of Resolution No. 06-141. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
