• Council Member <br />adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -149 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />FOR JASON'S BOBBY & STEVE'S AUTO WORLD, 7090 21st AV S <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on September 11, 2006', 2006, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a new on -sale <br />wine and beer license for Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World located at 7090 <br />21st Av S; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World is in compliance with City <br />Code Section 701 concerning Liquor Licensing and qualifies for said license and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid <br />the necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale wine and beer license for Jason's Bobby <br />& Steve's Auto World subject to all the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws <br />of the city, state and of the federal government and the applicant will comply with <br />all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of September, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
