• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -160 <br />AUTHORIZING SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AND CABARET LICENSE <br />FOR HALLOWEEN EVENT AT MANSETTI'S PIZZA & PASTA <br />ON OCTOBER 28 AND 29, 2006 <br />WHEREAS, Jim Szyplinski, owner of Mansetti's Pizza & Pasta at 6511 Ware <br />Road, has submitted an application for a special event permit and a cabaret <br />license for a Halloween event to be held on October 28 and 29, 2006, and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a complete application and has included <br />specific plans to meet the requirements for holding such an event; and <br />WHEREAS, the plans for the event are under the review of the fire inspector and <br />have received the approval of the police department; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant is committed to continuing to work with staff to address <br />any additional concerns which may arise; <br />WHEREAS, proof of general liability and liquor liability insurance have been <br />submitted by the applicant; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council authorizes the proper city staff to grant a Special Event <br />Permit and a Cabaret License to Mansetti's Pizza & Pasta for a Halloween <br />event on October 28 and 29, 2006 contingent upon approval of public safety <br />staff. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9TH day of October, <br />2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />John J.
