Each resident has submitted a signed waiver, which waives their rights <br />to a hearing and waives their rights to appeal under the Lino Lake City Charter <br />and /or Minnesota Statute 429 provided that the assessment associated with the <br />improvement is levied against their property. We are prepared to adopt the <br />assessments for the following individual properties, which requested connection <br />to city utilities: <br />725 Town Center Parkway (Country Inn and Suites) — Commercial <br />7385 Apollo Court. (Pomp's Tire) — Commercial <br />700 Apollo Drive (Sheet Metal Workers Federal CU) — Commercial <br />6298 Hodgson Road (Rehbein Bus Garage) — Commercial <br />7690 Village Drive (YMCA) — Commercial <br />- 7989 Lake Drive — Residential <br />718 Vicky Lane — Residential <br />7912 Marilyn Drive — Residential <br />- 673 Arlo Lane — Residential <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve Resolution No. 06 -163, Adopting Assessments, 2006 Individual <br />Properties Which Requested Connection to City Utilities. <br />
