Studenski, City Engineer <br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE: October 23, 2006 <br />TOPIC: Resolution Nos. 06 -164 to 06 -170, Adopting Assessments, 2006 <br />Development and Improvement Projects. <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The following development projects are substantially complete, and therefore <br />City Staff is prepared to adopt the assessments accordingly: <br />Development <br />- Apollo Landing <br />- Cavegn Estates <br />- Marshan Meadows Addition <br />- Millers Crossroads 3rd Addition <br />- Century Farms North 4th Addition <br />- Pine Glen Addition <br />Improvement Protect <br />Development Agreement Date <br />Sept. 26, 2005 <br />Feb. 27, 2006 <br />March 13, 2006 <br />March 27, 2006 <br />April 24, 2006 <br />May 22, 2006 <br />- 21st Ave Improvements, Petition and Waiver approval, May 8, 2006. <br />The Lois Lane Street and Utility Improvements assessments where adopted, <br />June 26, 2006. <br />In the above referenced Development Agreements and Improvement Project, the <br />property owner waives any and all procedural and substantive objections to the <br />installation of City improvements and the special assessments. <br />Each developer has reviewed and approved the assessments, respectively. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve Resolution Nos. 06 -164 to 06 -170, Adopting Assessments, 2006 <br />Development and Improvement Projects. <br />
