Affected <br />property owners received mailed notice of this proceeding and have been allowed ample time to <br />pay the delinquent charges. <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution 06 -174 authorizing the certification of <br />delinquent water and sewer utility charges to be collected with 2006 property taxes payable in <br />2007 at an interest rate of 8% per annum. <br />1) Adopt Resolution No. 06 -174. <br />2) Return to staff for further review. <br />3) Do not adopt Resolution No. 06 -174. <br />GIAMEND <br />Option 1. <br />
