St. Paul Regional Water Services, page 3 <br />•PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />On October 11, 2006 the Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval of this request. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the request subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The properties can not be divided through the minor subdivision process until the comprehensive plan <br />has been amended to change the designation of the properties from Public / Semi - Public to an <br />appropriate category. <br />2.
