• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -190 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE I — STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 22, 2005, awarding the <br />construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 - Street and Utility Improvements <br />to Glenn Rehbein Companies, and <br />WHEREAS, modifications to the design of the ornamental fencing required the adjustment of <br />both quantity and unit pricing of said fence <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.2 related to ornamental fencing in the amount of $8,470.00 is hereby <br />approved. <br />• John J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />• <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
