Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -193 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 2 — STREETLIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 2006, awarding the <br />construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 — Streetlighting Improvements to <br />W.H. Response, and <br />WHEREAS, temporary street lighting was required to insure safety to the travel public on an <br />interim basis until permanent fixtures are available for installation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.1 related to temporary street lighting in the amount of $3,065.00 is <br />hereby approved. <br />John J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
