• <br />• <br />City of Lino L ..kes!S E H <br />Attention "Ms. Sue Mason <br />600 Town Center Pkwy <br />Lino Lakes, MN 550'14 <br />September 28` 2006i. <br />Re Temporary Street' Lighting — Town Center Project <br />Dear Sue, <br />18430 Krypton St NW Anoka, MN 55303 Office- 763- 753 -8157 Fax — 763 -753 -7581 <br />Submitted here, based on the conversation from the weekly construction meeting on September 13, 2006, <br />Signature Lighting Inc ., is pleased. to have an opportunity to submit this proposal for the installation of five <br />temporary decorative streetlights located within the Town Center Project in the City of Lino Lakes. <br />The following is labor to install these lights: <br />Use existing 1 1" conduit <br />Pull the copper wire through conduit and through each base location to the five requested locations <br />of the temporary lights. We would bill the wire and labor to do this to the original contract so we are <br />not duplicating any costs. <br />Install five decorative 15 foot aluminum poles on existing concrete bases. These poles have been <br />loaned to us by Lumec at no charge and will be returned to Lumec when the new poles are installed. <br />Install five Lumec 100 Watt HPS "Lantern" style post top fixtures. These fixtures have been loaned to <br />us by Lumec at no charge and will be returned to Lumec when the new fixtures are installed. <br />Termination at streetlights and at existing service cabinet <br />TotalPrice: $3,065.00 <br />Note'The wire needed for these temporary lights will be run through each concrete base to the light locations; <br />we will cone the bases however if the wire is stolen new wire replacement costs will be the burden of the City. <br />Please :feel free to contact me at (612) 910 -4382 for any questions or additional information you may need. <br />Sincerely, <br />JohnOlson <br />Principal Representative <br />
