• Council Member moved for adoption of the following ordinance: CITY OF LINO LAKES ORDINANCE NO. 11 -06 APPROVING REZONING OF PROPERTY AT 547 LOIS LANE FROM R (RURAL) TO R -1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) (GOLDEN ACRE) The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: Section 1: Findings The City Council makes the following findings regarding rezoning the property described below, based on the factors listed in Section 2 of the Lino Lakes zoning ordinance: 1. The R -1 (Single Family Residential) zoning designation will allow single family development in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan designation for the site of Low Density Sewered Residential. 2. The surrounding area is similarly designated for Low Density Sewered Residential. 3. The proposed single family development has been reviewed and found to be conforming to all applicable city standards. 4. The proposed development will be accommodated with existing public services and will not overburden the City's service capacity. Municipal water and sanitary sewer are available to the site and sufficient capacity exists. 5. Traffic generation by proposed uses will be required to be within capabilities of streets serving the property. 4111 Section 2 The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on March 10, 2003 is hereby amended by rezoning from R (Rural) to R -1 (Single Family Residential) the following property: Lot 4, Block 1, Mar Don Acres according to the plat of record thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota Section 3 As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously amended. Section 4 • This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of November 2006. John J.
