If approved, due to the length of <br />this ordinance, staff is requesting authorization to publish the ordinance in a summary <br />form. Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.191 allow for summary publication when <br />appropriate; a copy of the summary is attached to Resolution No. 06 -199. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 06 -199 authorizing summary publication; <br />2. Deny Resolution No. 06 -199 thus requiring staff to publish Ordinance No. 14 -06 <br />in its entirety; <br />3. Return to staff. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1 <br />
