Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Resource Management Plan (RMP) <br />This project includes the preparation of a Resource Management Plan for the City of Lino <br />Lakes. The Rice Creek Watershed District is the lead agency on this project. The <br />`s <br />purpose of the plan is to integrate the requirements of the Wetland Conse �� Act, <br />Surface Water Management, Natural Resource Protection and Land = into a <br />coordinated plan as part of the City's 2008 Comprehensive Plan U E ' A major <br />component of the plan is the development of a City -wide computerized 6 = ,g model <br />for the City. <br />The City's estimated share of the project is $65,000. <br />funded by the Surface Water Management Fund. <br />'ect is proposed <br />CI-4 <br />• <br />
