• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -209 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2007 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted <br />for 2007: <br />2007 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $7,298,995 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 695,000 <br />Licenses and Permits 827,550 <br />Charges for Services 248,500 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 110,000 <br />Interest on Investments 150,000 <br />Miscellaneous 279,200 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $9,609,245 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,311,470 <br />Community Development 1,305,018 <br />Public Safety 3,627,635 <br />Public Services 2,575,122 <br />Other 790,000 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $9,609,245 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 18th day of December, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />A -2 <br />- 3 5 - <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
