A posting produced a number of applicants. Personnel Decisions <br />International prepared a promotional process including a background and experience evaluation, <br />written test, oral interview and a promotablity index. <br />After testing and interviewing, we have selected Officer Mike Rumpsa for the position of <br />Sergeant. This will be effective 1 January 2007. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Offer the position of Sergeant to Mike Rumpsa. <br />2. Deny the promotion. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Number One. <br />
