In order to bring these officers on as soon as possible, we would like <br />authorization to make conditional offers of employment to two finalists — yet to be determined. <br />The offer is contingent upon successful completion of background checks, as well as physical <br />and psychological tests. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Allow staff to make conditional offers of employment to two finalists for the position of <br />police officer. <br />2. Deny the request. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />4,5 <br />
