Pg 17 -20 Pg 21 -25 Pg 25a Pg 26 A) Public Hearing, 2007 -2011 Five Year Financial Plan i) Consideration of Resolution 06 -207 Adopting the 2007 -2011 Five -Year Financial Plan Pg 27 -28 Action Taken: The public hearing was opened at 6:55 p.m. and the council heard comments from Cory Duffy, 6256 Hollow Lane; Motion by O'Donnell, seconded by Stoltz to close the public hearing was adopted by a unanimous voice vote; Motion by Stoltz, seconded by O'Donnell, to approve Resolution 06 -207, was adopted by a voice vote; Council Member Carlson voted nay. ii) Consideration of Resolution 06 -213 Adopting a General Timeline for the Preparation, Submission and Adoption of the Five -Year Financial Plan Pg 29 -30 Action Taken: Motion by Reinert, seconded by Carlson, to approve Resolution 06 -213, was adopted by a unanimous voice vote.
