SUMMARY MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA <br />Monday, January 14, 2008 <br />* * * * * * * * * ** <br />6:30 p.m. <br />(Scheduled to be broadcast on Channel 16) <br />City Council: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz & Gallup <br />City Administrator: Gordon Heitke <br />Swearing in of Elected Council Members — Bergeson, Stoltz, Gallup <br />➢ Open Mike / Public Comment <br />Bob Bening, 6788 E Shadow Lake Dr, submitted and spoke to a request to <br />amend Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter <br />➢ Call to Order and Roll Call <br />6:30 p.m. — Present were Mayor Bergeson, Council Members Stoltz and <br />Gallup; Absent were Council Member Reinert and O'Donnell <br />➢ Pledge of Allegiance <br />➢ Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />The agenda was approved as amended; Items 6A, 7A and 8A and 8B were <br />withdrawn from the agenda because there were only three council members <br />present; the public hearing would be opened and continued for Item 6C <br />1. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A) Consideration of Expenditures: Pg 4 -27 <br />i) January 14, 2008 (Check No. 81932 through <br />82101) in the amount of $327,008.31; <br />ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No. 3055 through <br />3080) in the amount of $48,532.94 <br />B) Consideration of Resolution No. 08 -02, Accepting Bids and Pg 28 -29 <br />Awarding Farmland Lease Agreement <br />C) Consideration of Resolution No. 08 -06, Anoka County Pg 30 -31 <br />Agreement for Residential Recycling Program. <br />D) Consider Resolution No. 08 -09 Authorizing the Issuance of Pg 32 -35 <br />2008 Certificates of Indebtedness <br />Action Taken: Motion by Stoltz, seconded by Gallup, to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1D, was <br />adopted on a voice vote <br />
