Cedar Street Reconstruction
This project involves the reconstruction of Cedar Street from Otter Lake Road to a point
approximately 1,100 feet east. This project was originally contemplated with the
development of the Clearwater Creek residential subdivision and the Clearwater Creek
Business Park.
The estimated project cost is approximately $293,160. The project is proposed to be
funded from special assessments previously collected and Surface Water Management
funds.
Woodridge Estates Trunk Watermain Extension
This project includes the extension of Trunk Watermain from Ware Road to Woodridge
Lane along County Road J. Current water supply to the Woodridge Estates development
does not adequately provide water pressure and volume. Until 2005, supplemental water
was provided by interconnect with the City of Shoreview. However, Shoreview has since
terminated this service to meet their own water supply requirements.
The estimated project cost is $214,200. The project is proposed to be funded by Trunk
Utility Funds.
Well No. 6 & Pumphouse
This project includes the construction of new water production facility. The project is
intended to meet growing water demands of the City in accordance with the City's 2003
Comprehensive Water Plan.
The estimated project cost is $800,000. The project is proposed to be funded by Trunk
Utility Funds.
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation (Lakes Addition)
This project involves the relining of the sanitary sewer system pipes within the Lakes
Addition residential area. The project is intended to prevent inflow and infiltration of
ground water into the sanitary sewer system.
The estimated project cost is approximately $136,500. The project is proposed to be
funded from the Sanitary Sewer Enterprise Fund.
CI-2
FT
•
•
•
