ATTACHMENT A, Resolution 08 -01 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 18 -07 <br />VACATING PORTIONS OF TWO DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />LOT 9, BLOCK 1, OAKWOOD VIEW <br />Section 1 Findings: The property owner requested the vacation of portions of two <br />drainage and utility easements in Lot 9, Block 1, Oakwood View. A public hearing was <br />held on December 10, 2007 before the City Council. Stormwater management and <br />wetland buffering will comply with City requirements. <br />Section 2: The described portions of two easements are hereby vacated: <br />Section 3: Other easements contained upon the property are not affected. <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be in effect in accordance with the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 14, 2008. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
