• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -07 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR MARSHAN <br />MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, the City has received applications for developing an area known as MARSHAN <br />MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, the development requires approval of a preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on December 12, <br />2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat meets the requirements of the City's Growth Management, <br />Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the preliminary plat for MARSHAN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Issues discussed in the City Engineer review memo must be addressed to his satisfaction. <br />2. A development agreement between the city and the developer must be executed prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits for the site or signature of the final plat mylar. <br />3. Park dedication must be paid in accordance with the city's fee schedule. <br />4. The Rice Creek Watershed District must review the project prior to building permits being <br />issued by the city for any new construction. <br />5. A boulevard tree shall be provided for each lot frontage. <br />6. The drainage and utility easement shown on the south property line of Lot 2, Block 1 shall be <br />reduced to 5 feet in width prior to the final plat mylar being signed by the city. <br />7. The signs for the conservation easement must be in place prior to the issuance of building <br />permits for either of the newly created lots. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of January 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />John J.
