• <br />• A method of keeping lot sediments on the site must be indicated in the plan, <br />through either daily street sweeping or 5 /8 "- clear, rock entrances. (Detail on <br />Sheet 5). <br />• Silt fence must be properly installed and maintained when the fence becomes <br />1/3 full. <br />7. Infiltration basin and restoration of natural vegetation areas that are disturbed <br />out of confirmed need for construction must be seeded with the city native seed <br />mix. <br />8. No importing or exporting of soils may be allowed without city approval. All <br />soils brought into the site must not be substantially different from soils that were <br />used to calculate storm water volumes. <br />9. The footprint of the house should meet the standards of the shoreland overlay <br />district. Suggest moving the house pad to include part of Lot A. <br />10. Forward to Planning and Zoning with the feeling that this application is <br />incomplete without a tree preservation plan. <br />Motion: To approve recommendations and forward on to Planning and Zoning <br />by DeHaven, second by Andrzejewski. All were in favor. Motion passed. <br />
