The restructuring proposal also includes the 89 addition of two CSO positions and upgrade of a clerical position. The budget impact will be a 90 savings to the department approved budget. The salary for the proposed Community Relations 91 Coordinator is presented for review; the other affected positions are covered by union contract 92 and as such will be negotiated with AFSCME. •
