Must maintain four (4) feet clear area for pedestrian passage, including distance from tables, opening doors, planters, etc. 4. Must not be in parking area. 1. If more than one structure, must be removed 30 days after certificate of occupancy is issued for last building. If a residential subdivision, must be removed after certificate of occupancy is issued for last building. Real Estate Sign (except for Individual property with residence in Resid. or Rural zone: see Sec. III. A. and B.)
