SUMMARY MINUTES <br />Monday, April 14, 2008 <br />*********** <br />(Scheduled to be broadcast on Channel 16) <br />City Council: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz & Gallup <br />City Administrator: Gordon Heitke <br />Local Board of Appeal and Equalization <br />Council Chambers <br />Board of Appeal was held from 6:00 through 6:33 p.m.; All council members were <br />present. <br />ir <br />A <br />e# <br />➢ Open Mike / Public Comment <br />➢ Call to Order and Roll Call <br />6:45 p.m. — Present were Mayor Bergeson, Council Members Stoltz, Gallup, <br />Reinert and O'Donnell <br />➢ Pledge of Allegience <br />➢ Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />The agenda was approved as presented <br />Recognize Outgoing Advisory Board Members <br />The Council recognized outgoing Park Board members Paul Montain and <br />Katie Boyle; Mr. Montain was present and received a plaque honoring <br />his service <br />A) Consideration of Expenditures: <br />i) April 14, 2008 (Check No. 82579 through <br />82711) in the amount of $441,503.52; <br />ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No. 3199 through <br />3219) in the amount of $9,174.94 <br />Action Taken: Motion by Reinert, seconded by O'Donnel, to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, Item 1A, was adopted <br />Pg 4 -18 <br />
