Council Member <br />O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried.. <br />Police Chief Pecchia reported on a personnel matter in the Police Department. <br />The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved that the meeting be reopened. Council Member <br />Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Council Member Stoltz moved that the council support the recommendation of the Police <br />Chief. Council Member Gallup seconded the motion.
