The city has gone through the recruitment process for the position of Police <br />Officer and would like to make a conditional offer of employment to Ms Jennifer Randall. <br />Jennifer was first exposed to Law Enforcement as a Police Explorer with the Coon <br />Rapids Police Department. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors <br />Degree in Psychology / Sociology of Law, Criminology and Deviance. She interned with the <br />BCA's Special Investigations Unit. Her work history includes positions with the Minneapolis <br />Police Department as a Community Service Officer, as well as a Family Violence Advocate. <br />Ms. Randall will go through our regular background check procedures. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Offer employment to Ms Randall. <br />2. Decline to offer employment to Ms. Randall <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Number One. <br />
