Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -54 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 13 <br />LAKE DRIVE/I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, the construction plans did not provide for guardrail to protect the bridge pier <br />between northbound and southbound I -35W; and <br />WHEREAS, Mn /DOT has determined that guardrail needs to be installed to protect eh bridge <br />piers. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.13, in the amount of $22,052.50 is hereby approved. <br />John J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of May, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
