For example, residential <br />swimming pools or commercial greenhouses can be assessed at the domestic or <br />irrigation block rates. A review of the 2006 consumption data shows that one <br />customer used approximately 2.95 million and 3.67 million gallons of water in <br />the third and forth quarters, respectively.
