General rate: for Routine Services described above, or which <br />are not within the Non - Routine or Subdivision rates described <br />below: <br />i. attorneys <br />ii. paralegals <br />iii. law clerks <br />b. Non - Routine rate: for (1) litigation matters, including matters <br />that involve proceedings before judicial bodies, administrative <br />agencies or hearing officers on behalf of the City or in <br />administrative proceedings; (2) real estate matters, including <br />land acquisition by negotiated purchase or eminent domain; <br />(3) other non - litigation matters requiring specific knowledge <br />and experience in a legal practice area (including but not <br />limited to, code enforcement, labor matters and employment, <br />utilities and telecommunications, data practices) and involving <br />a significant amount of time.
