Our main office phone number is (952) 831 -6544 and the office fax is (952) 831 -1869. <br />Malpractice claims and Ethics complaints <br />None of the attorneys employed by Johnson & Condon have ever been sued for malpractice. <br />Moreover, no Johnson & Condon attorney has ever been the subject of a complaint filed with the <br />State Bar, nor disciplined by the same institution. <br />Insurance coverage <br />We carry professional liability insurance (malpractice insurance) through One Beacon. Our limits <br />are $5,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate, with a $25,000 deductible. <br />Statement of 2007 municipal billings <br />In 2007, Johnson & Condon's fees billed to municipalities consisted of $133,562.00, slightly less <br />than 1% of our total fees billed. <br />Cities currently represented <br />Currently we represent the City of Champlin on a contract matter. We are also currently representing <br />the City of St. Paul on eight different workers' compensation claims, and the City of Burnsville on <br />a workers' compensation claim as well. <br />Cities Johnson & Condon began representing or stopped representing in the last three years <br />We began representing the City of Crookston in the last three years. In addition, we have represented <br />the following five cities in the last three years: Stacy, Shakopee, Duluth, St. Louis Park, and <br />Minneapolis.
